These terms apply to use of zameett.com and form the website-level basis for Zameett services. A signed project agreement, accepted quotation, purchase order or platform order may contain additional or controlling terms.
A quotation, statement of work or accepted proposal confirms deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, revision rounds, fees, payment schedule, timing and validity. Electronic acceptance, payment or written instruction may confirm approval. Scope changes require written confirmation and may change fees and timing.
Deposits and milestone payments are due as stated in the project documents. Work, file release, sample dispatch or production may pause if payment is late. Bank, processor, currency-conversion, tax or collection charges may be payable by the client where stated.
Included revisions apply only to the agreed brief. Additional or out-of-sequence changes are quoted separately. Client feedback delays, missing information or conflicting instructions may move the schedule. Paused projects may require a restart fee and new capacity window.
Refund eligibility depends on work completed, reserved capacity and non-recoverable supplier commitments. Completed milestones, delivered digital products, authorised materials and committed third-party costs are not ordinarily refundable. The Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Product Refund Policy apply.
Sample type and correction rounds are project specific. Bulk production begins only after written approval of the identified sample and approved specification, confirmation of payment and material availability. Conditional approval must list every open issue.
Measurements are assessed against agreed tolerances. Fabric shade, texture, print, handwork and natural materials can vary within approved commercial limits. Material availability, supplier capacity or approved changes may affect MOQ, price and timing.
Shipping charges, insurance, duties, taxes, brokerage and destination fees are allocated in the quotation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customs, carrier events and force majeure may cause delay. Risk-transfer terms follow the agreed shipping term or carrier handover stated in the project documents.
Rights in custom final deliverables transfer only after full payment unless stated otherwise. Pre-existing templates, methods and working assets remain with Zameett. Portfolio use requires permission or an agreement right and remains subject to confidentiality and NDA obligations.
Reviewed third parties may support materials, pattern, printing, embroidery, manufacturing, testing, payment or logistics. Zameett remains responsible only to the extent stated in the project agreement and is not liable for independent third-party acts beyond the agreed management scope.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected deliverable and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Neither party is liable for reasonable delay caused by events beyond its control. Chargebacks should not replace the documented dispute process; fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested with project records.
The parties should first attempt good-faith written resolution. Governing law, venue, arbitration or court jurisdiction should be confirmed in the signed project agreement. Where no project agreement specifies otherwise, applicable Pakistani law may apply subject to mandatory consumer and international rules.
