Included revisions

An included revision corrects or refines the agreed brief within the stated round. Unused rounds have no cash value and do not transfer between projects.

Scope changes

• A new garment, concept or direction is additional scope.
• Changes after approval may require a new fee and schedule.
• Supplier, material or production changes may require technical-document revisions.

Feedback format

Feedback should be consolidated, numbered and linked to the current version. Conflicting comments or separate message threads may delay work until one instruction set is confirmed.

Additional fees

Additional revisions are quoted before work proceeds. Urgent or out-of-sequence changes may also affect delivery timing.
